Microsoft Forefront Threat Management Gateway

I want to setup Microsoft Forefront Threat Management Gateway in my office so that it is used as the Internet Gateway. Currently, I have internet configured in a ADSL router and it is being used as the gateway. I want to use the Forefront server as the gateway and the users should not be able to use the IP of the ADSL router as the gateway. How can I setup Microsoft Forefront Threat Management Gateway to achieve this?
