The Planet network issues?

For the first time in my recent memory (since the lighting strike a few years ago?) is the planet having network issues? My server was grinding to a halt despite low CPU usage, but I can't even connect to Orbit now. I'm in California right now, had a complaint from Virginia already...

I'm still getting about 60% packet loss. Stuff that goes through is < 60ms, but...

We are seeing the same problems on all our servers, as well.

yea glx dallas and level3 in dallas both seem to have been having issues. Few other providers suffering similar problems

I'm having issues as well.
I've not had any luck contacting anybody who can tell me what the problem really is.

Guess I was lucky...no problems...no packet loss recorded, and traffic levels were normal for me.
