Yet again... looking for other hosting options
Posted by Vivvy, 11-07-2005, 10:42 PM My current reseller is good, but recently can't seem to fix problems that are really important to my busines to get fixed. My priorities are not their priorities... I need a reseller plan with 10gb of webspace, 100 gig of monthly transfer and reliable urchin statistics. I also need 24 hour phone support. Anyone know of a company who can do this for $75 or less a month? Recommendations? Suggestions? Thanks for any help, Vivvy
Posted by mripguru, 11-07-2005, 10:44 PM Sounds like your in the market for a VPS. I'd check out ServInt, LiquidWeb or PowerVPS for your requirements. If your specifically after a reseller, I'd check CartikaHosting.com's Enterprise packages.

You're correct, our phone support is available 9am-9pm (EST) - however, our helpdesk is 24x7 This one is a little confusing to me. Urchin has been integrated and working for quite some time now - I believe we first integrated this with hsphere 7 or 8 months ago - and though we had some initial issues with the Urchin integration, it has been running without issue since (at least as far as I know ) Thanks again and best of luck with your search (you may want to take a look at jodohost.com) Hope this helps...
