9 months have passed since I first get acquainted with WindyCity Web Solutions (windycitywebsolutions.com) and I have only praise for them. 5 Star service & reliability. I resell their plan at hostingolympic.com Like others I start with curiosity, I just feel insecure to give my money to strangers, so I decided to contact them with my pre-sales enquries and surprisingly Ken (Kenneth Fox) the owner kindly took his time to answer it promptly. Registration is a breeze and as I want to pay using Paypal, I just told Ken that I want to use Paypal by YM and he instantly sent me the invoice. The services are quick and friendly, very personal and I can feel that they value each one of their customer very much. We sometimes exchange comments about each other business and have been great buddies. Ok, back to business. Throughout the whole period with WindyCity I have never faced secret hidden charges. I even upgrade my plan midway and everything goes very well (Subscription, billings & payment). My main concern about web hosting is reliability. When it comes to uptime, the web page needs to look its best, loading quickly and smoothly. Like many other web hosting providers, WindyCity has a 99.9% uptime guarantee. After a few months chalking 100% uptime, we have some quick downtime about a few months ago. As for these 9 months the uptime stands at 99.97%. If there is downtime, you will not be left in the dark for long. The longest we have to wait is 30 minutes and everything will be back alright. The full and undivided attentions catered to the customer’s needs by the customer support are also plausible. Throughout the period with WindyCity I have had nothing but impeccable service. Whenever I messaged or e-mailed I have received a prompt response. I have also known their support staff, Brian personally who helped me install a SSL cert on my client's site (corrected the installation I made, actually). Their supports are prompt and knowledgeable. Living in the other part of the world in Asia, I never tried their phone line as it will cost a bomb to my phone bill. But it is well compensated because they have representative being online almost 24 hours a day. (whenever I need them, day, nite or even midnite- Malaysian time, US time they are always online). Overall I’d say they are a terrific host. Very prompt, 24/7 customer support and I’ve had very few problems with the server going down in the 9 months I’ve used them. There have been a few normal downtimes but nothing catastrophic or lengthy.

Glad to hear you're satisfied with your web host What website did you have hosted with them for 9 months? Hostingolypmic.com was registered in July.
