Have you contacted them directly to get a feel for their services? If you cannot find reviews on the host, test them out in as many ways as possible before signing up with them, get to know who you will be dealing with.

I was also interested with AllReseller at first but then decided not to as they didn't have live support and i find email support annoying and slow. Their plans are good, maybe you could email their support and see how long it takes.

Allreseller.com is a new company (whois.sc/allreseller.com) that also appears to be a reseller. The anonymous nameservers they use do not belong to the owner of allreseller.com

Hmm... They claim "Home of 1,000 Resellers and growing!"
Makes me wonder

Does that mean.. i gotta use their anonymous nameservers if i sign up for a reseller account? Or do i get my own dns branding?

You probably get private DNS servers since allreseller seems to have the cookie-cutter CPanel configuration set up. But just to make sure, you should ask them since it's not listed as a feature on their plan detail pages.

Mind telling me whats a cookie-cutter CPanel?

I just meant that allreseller seems to have the standard CPanel configuration set up and with the standard configurations, private DNS is usually enabled to the resellers.
I noticed you were in Malaysia. Cookie cutter's kinda like American slang I guess. Here you go: http://www.urbandictionary.com/defin...=cookie+cutter
