URGENT: Need Skilled SysAdmin Referrals

Can someone please refer me to a sys admin I can hire for a few hours to provide his services? This sys admin would need to be extremely skilled, especially in nginx, apache2, mysql, and ubuntu 10.04 as lots of optimization and securing is needed. Work will be done on 3 servers that are under very high load due to huge hits of traffic. Please refer me to some skilled sys admins.

Thomas Manning has helped me a lot. Trust me he's one of the best. He has helped me fix my high load server and did a complete server hardening after which it's running fine.

There are a lot of competent server management companies around as well, you can search the forums for reviews, etc.
