problems since ip change
Posted by loyaler, 08-18-2011, 08:07 AM I have an vps which is using kloxo, my host recently changed all the customer's ips so was mine changed. After the change ssh stopped working and sites were not loading including kloxo, so I reported it to my host and they took backup of my site and re-installed OS then restored data. After the restore I am having problems. First the domains were not loading, I found dns entries still directing to old ips, so I changed them. I did an named restart. After that I started getting kloxo default page showing errors. I tried restarting httpd service and I am getting the following error: (changed the original ips to sample ones) httpd did not restart as I found again problem loading page error on domain, so I placed the command httpd start, now again getting kloxo default page please some one help me out,
Posted by eth00, 08-18-2011, 01:16 PM Does the DNS configuration match what the apache virtualhost has? If so are you sure that you are looking at the new IP or are you caching DNS?
