| I am Kind of new on this Website Business,,,can Anyone Advice me of a Good Reseller Program?
And if I Joined that program, what will I get?
Ive seen a lot Offer but I also find a lot Rumors in the Web about the Program!!
Need Help Please!!

There's a lot of good hosts out there with good reseller plans, and your right, there's always going to be "rumors" out there. If your new to the website business I would recommend you read all these rumors, then read up and learn as much as you can about the business before you jump into reselling hosting. It'll make a big difference in the long run if you do. This forum is a great place to start.

| mario wong, you said "reseller program". This makes me suspect you're looking for something closer to an affiliate/referral program, where your main job is to refer customers to a host, as opposed to a reseller hosting package that you pay for in advance, slice up, and sell the slices to your end users. Can you please clarify?

| I think the same. Are you looking to sell your own hosting, your own company product, with your own pricing structure? If not then a affiliate program would be best for you. However, if indeed you are looking for paid reseller solution, I would suggest you do your research, seeing you are new to the industry. Uptime, service and support is number 1 in most (if not all) internet consumers. Try doing a search in the offers section and you might pull up something helpful.

I really appreciate it. And thanks to Jim2Macs, You are absolutely right.
That is why I had done a little research, and I come out with 2 names.
HostDepartment and ValueWeb, because so far their Price offer is very reasonable for me.
Any suggestion about this two web host?

| beside the 2 host you mention there is still alot of good host on this forum. Do a research will help you lessen the problem you encounter later

| Something you need to take into account with Hostdepartment, if you ever go for their "unlimited diskspace" plan.

HD offers reseller packages. Valueweb only has a reseller/discounts program as far as I can see. With the first you'd be an almost independent host (handling billing, provisign support etc), with the other you'd be more of a sales representative. IMO the first thing to decide is which type of reseller you want to be.
