Whos the best for Windows Reseller or VPS?

Who is the best for Windows reseller or VPS? I need some opinions: Things I look at is if they backup their servers, level & type of support, control panel, uptime guarantees, and costs. The less limits on the package the better. Im a longtime cpanel guy - but im looking into having a windows account in addition to my cpanel servers just for my own use and to get some experience on the platform. Note: If you know the company is a reseller of a reseller, dont refer them. Id like to know about hosts that are direct with the DC.

I'd check out CartikaHosting.com - you can have both Linux/Windows in the same control panel .

Hmm - thanks a lot for that - I was gonna approach them for some other things for partnerships but maybe Ill go to them for hosting as well ^_^ I am still accepting comments tho :-)
