Remove upload speed limit

I have two vps, VPS A has 1Gbps Dl/UP speed while VPS B has 100mbps DL & 10mbps UP speed. Now I want VPS B to have higher UP speed since it's only 10mbps. I'm thinking of using FUSE so let's say I mount VPS B onto VPS A would VPS B get the 1Gpbs UL speed that VPS A has?

What visualization technology do you have and what type access to your servers? Depending on what you are thinking it might be possible.
Are you wanting to use FUSE to mount a VPS over 10Mbps? If so that is going to be a huge limit and a major issue, I would not want to use such a slow filesystemas a fileserver.

Again what virtualization technology are you using? OpenVZ / VZ / KVM / XEN? Cause all of them are slightly different...I would suggest giving us some more information, and we can try to suggest the way to do this.... remember for moving data you can just do rsync and thats it... if you wanna move everything... leave it overnight with screen and thats it.... unless you wanna mount it using SAMBA.... if its on the same machine... and your host allows something like that (if they are using central storage)

VPS A is OpenVZ and VPS B is KVM. Both support FUSE and they are both in the same host company. I do not want to move data I just want to remove the upload speed cap on VPS B

Then ask the hosting company to increase the upload speed cap on VPS B and pay whatever it prices...
