Looking for Reseller that offers accounts with ASP.NET 2.0 and SQL 2005

| I have spent time (some time) searching WHT and I can't seem to find what I am looking for.
Does anyone have experience with a Host that offers reseller accounts that provide for:
- ASP.NET 2.0
- SQL 2005
- USA Based (if at all possible)
- Been in business for 1 year + (with hosting track record)
- If at all possible SQL Disk Usage not capped at some unrealistic ammount like 200 megs.
- Private Label Reseller accounts (Helm or Plesk perferable)
I am not looking for Offers. I am looking for anyone that can offer recommendations or reviews for hosts that offer the above. Items #1 and #2 are not negotiable.
I don't need to host a huge ammount of accounts - so I am trying to keep my budget reasonable - but I do need the features above.
I would appreciate any advice / guidance WHT members have.

| The SQL2005 requirement could be hard as not many hosting control panels out there support sql 2005. Is sql 2005 a necessary? How about sql 2000?

| There area few hosts around stating that they are doing MS SQL 2005 via the Express version. As far as I'm aware, you aren't allowed to use that version to provide a database hosting service, so it's worth asking questions.

| Do you have any experience with any certain control panel.... I would recommend looking at the offers section as most of the time recommendations doesn't work

| You are allowed to host SQL 2005 Express. Many hosting companies are not because they have to open up their servers a bit and that always scares anyone. I've been looking for the same for awhile now.

| You can use it on your own server for your OWN site(s) but you can't offer services with it.
Clause 4 of the License:-
4. SCOPE OF LICENSE
...You may not.....
- rent, lease or lend the software
- use the software for commercial software hosting services

| I think Gearworx might offer SQL 2005. You may want to check them out.
Negative on that unless if you want to get in trouble with MS. SPLA is the ONLY way a host can offer SQL 2005 to shared hosting clients...

| I will thin liquidsix.com can help but am not sure if they do sql 2005 at the moment. It will be good to contact them.
