| I used to get free webhosting from a friend, but his company went agro on him for having "TOS Violations."
So i asked him how he got his hosting and he ebay'd it
I went searching throughout and found a Datahosts.com ebay. Unlimited/unlimited reseller [i know how u guys are all against that stuff] for 16 USD
Now this was on April 13th, so I've been with em for only 2 months. I'm just wondering what you guys have to say about them. So far, all of my urgent support tickets have been answered within 5 hours, and the non-urgents have been within 24 hours (Except on Easter, it took a day and a few hours for that day)

| I was editing this post and adding a long long post but since 15 minutes ran out and I didnt save it i lost it all and i have to post another post... [grr]
I run ZambiniDirect (add a .com to it) and I have 4-5 customers. I need to know your guys' input on Datahosts.com's reliability. I plan on transferring my school club's website over to this hosting (no sense in paying Hostgator 15 bucks a month as well) and I am hoping to do my my dad's friends' business websites.
So the whole point of this post was to ask for your ratings of reliability of Datahosts.
So far my service with Datahosts has been EXCELLENT!
Urgent tickets are answered within 3 hours at max, and non urgent are within 24 hours.
The only problem i have now is that their website isnt completed yet.

| I'd surely like to see their TOS, but it's nowhere to be found.
I tried to find it during the signup procedure, but I got redirected to http://whmcs.com/clients/license_invalid.php

| Yea, they used to use WHMCS, but something with their license changed. Either for a good reason or a bad reason. The license was invalidated about 2 or 3 weeks ago.
I actually sent them a low priority ticket and I got a response this morning.
Who knew it was such a simple URL for it

| Well thats pretty much the only thing. Its a problem because some of their stuff (like the client login) isnt on the site, so I have to dig through my emails or my bookmarks to find it. Which isnt a big problem, just an inconvenience.
What I really want to know is everyone else's dealings with them, good or bad
