The two cPanel providers with end user support that come to mind right now are webkore.com and innohosting.com. I hope this helps a bit.

How many end-users do you wish to provide support for? Approaching a reseller host and requesting that they provide such support to your end-users may be possible, given that the budget is decent. Are your clients in HK as well? If so, you may wish to go with a local firm. Otherwise, there are a good number of providers with decent connectivity to HK who can service you.

Maybe you would like to mention what your specific requirements are? Webspace? Bandwidth? Any extras? Budget? If you can provide that, then I'm sure it would be easier recommending a host for you..

May we know what domains you host with the mentioned companies? .

Therefore, i want to find a international server which is fast in world wide and in HK also. As i find that there a some hosting company 's international server is also fast in hk, but they don't support end user unfortunately. As i know, lot of hk client don't like use email support, they will use phone support most indeed. However, i want to advertising my hosting can support 24hrs mail support as a selling point in hk. For internal client, if i can provide 24 hr support to my client, i think i can try to start to run bussiness in worldwide also. In your opinion, could u give me some sugestion? indeed, i have seem your site which has a good speed in hk too.

a extreme fast speed server in US and HK. cPanel & WHM with end user support 5-10GB storage 100-150GB Bandwidth can be overselling Private Nameservers Fantastico unlimited Account Budget around: US$5-15 P.S. (optional) if including Rvskin & Rvsitebuilder, it will be better. if they have US and HK server at the same time, i may consider to join 2 reseller plan. Of course US and HK also fast is very good choice. do u have any suggestion? Thanks!

Do you have any budget in mind?, end user resellers prices allot of money depending on who you go with. As ldcdc mentioned, I can also only think of webkore.com who offer this. EDIT: Just seen you have a $5-15. You will REALLY need to rethink that unless your willing to drop the end user option & also the overselling. If you outsourced you would be looking at $50-500 depending on how many clients you have so your budget wont find you anything safe.

Thanks for your advice. You are so nice. ^^

Since the OP just asked for suggestions, not recommendations, first-hand experience isn't required. But it's good to know that some people are helping keep the mods in line. Lois

When you guys say webkore.com... are you referring to .com or .net (webkore.net is a different company and they do provide end-user support with their reseller plans)

yes, u r right. so anyone know webkore.net ? is it good and stable? share experience pls...

You'll have much better luck looking for end user support from a third party company rather than requiring it to be from the same web host.

Well as pointed out in another thread, by using a 3rd party for outsourced support, you loose the added value of them managing the servers. How much can they really do without having any access for the server since it is a reseller plan?

I couldn't disagree more.... Did you read the ops post? Did you see his budget? Do you want to elaborate on your "logic" for this view?

Then please explain to me what the actual difference between a suggestion and a recommendation is as it pertains to this thread? I believe that they're one and the same.

At the hazard of derailing this thread, I'll give it a ago. Which means that the OP is looking for suggestions, as opposed to recommendations. Recommending is not the same as suggesting when the OP requests suggestions. Had the OP requested recommendations, suggestions may very well be considerred recommendations. Had the OP asked for recommendations, any 'suggestion' would have been a recommendation and need substantiating as such. I hope this answers your concerns. If you'd like further clarification, please open a helpdesk ticket or feel free to start a Feedback thread on the topic. Speaking of topics, let's see if we can get this one back on track and give the OP some suggestions.

Well, i think it'd be best to specify your level expectations from your reseller provider as well. If you're expecting 60 or 70 tickets a month from your customers, then $15 isn't going to cut it unless the support is outsourced or, to be frank, just doesn't know what the heck is going on. Remember that the hosting company needs to HIRE support people. That being said, I think you could expect reasonable support for your end-users and yourself if your budget were to shift up a bit. If you aren't anticipating too many tickets, then you might want to serve as a proxy between your customers and your provider until this gets to be to cumbersome.

so if i increase the budget to $10-50, which will be the best choice? pls advice! Many Thanks!

When looking at you budget there is not to many if you do not jump to the upper values. For example Varhosting (that I guess is the chepest) can give that to you for 20$ but if you read some other discussions about that company I think you shall pass. So the next in the chain is resellerZoom that can give you 5 Gb for 25$ but it's not unlimited accounts (125) and only 75 Gb transfer. Hans

is Varhosting not good? y? could u mind tell me more.. thx
