Server loads very high

| Hello,
I go to WHM >> Main >> System Health >> Process Manager and I found one process eats a lot of process.
/usr/sbin/mysqld --basedir=/ --datadir=/var/lib/mysql --user=mysql --log-error=/var/lib/mysql/xxx.com-SUSPENDED-325167.err --pid-file=/var/lib/mysql/xxx.com-SUSPENDED-325167.pid
Please help.

| It's not unusual for mysqld to be the single process with the highest load on a cPanel server, so that may not indicate that mysqld is the culprit.
Can you SSH into the shell and paste the output of the command "top" here?

| Right now, your system is going slow because there's something creating an archive and the disks are getting hit really hard. The gtar and possibly the md5sum lines indicate this.
Type "top" again, this time press "c" on your keyboard after it's open. It will show you the entire commandline used in the gtar and md5sum lines so you can gain some insight into what they are doing. If you feel that it is safe to terminate it and you feel that it is necessary to terminate it rather than letting it finish, type "kill 1261". If you want my opinion on whether it's safe to terminate it, feel free to post the new output of top after pressing "c".

| The user "sv2statu" is performing a backup.
If it isn't causing unbearable problems, you should let it finish. If you want to abort it right now, type:
kill 1261
That should cause cPanel's pkgacct process to encounter an error and terminate gracefully.
