How to create a OpenVZ Template?

Hi, How can I create a OpenVZ Template? I need the OS 'BACKTRACK' for OpenVZ, and another .ISO from a Friend. Any Idea how I do this? Or maybe a precreated Backtrack Image? Thanks.
