Cpanel webmail account being used to send spam

| I have been listed ins Spamhaus CBL, checking the logs I can see an user email account has been used to send this emails using the webmail app.
How can I track down the compromised account?

| you should have limited the number of emails each account can send in an hour

| Yes, and it is limited indeed.
The problem is that spammer sends a limited amount of emails but it gets blocked in such small ammount.

| look at cpanel access logs and compare it to the time when someone send spam

| My advice would be configuring antivirus.exim with proper rules:
