Client host rejected!

Hi ppl
I have a customer who is trying to send email to an email direction but it bounces back with an error like this:
I know it has something about a reversal dns but how do i fix it?

Get the DC your servers are in to setup RDNS on your IP address the email server uses.

sorry, what means DC? I'm pretty new in this stuff... could you care to explain a bit more.
By the way i use WHM/Cpanel on Centos

Your datacentre, many years back when the planet were rackshack they had a part on their control panel where you could administer reverse dns entries your self. take a look at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverse_DNS_lookup
It will explain to you what it means.

ok i have checked and i actually have a reverse dns entry for my server... so why i get the error anyway?
is there any other reason for that error?

You might also try to put A Entry for your hostname in your domain master name server, not sure that this is the solution though

Smells more like greylisting if there is a 450 4.7.1 code.
