Client host rejected!

| Hi ppl
I have a customer who is trying to send email to an email direction but it bounces back with an error like this:
I know it has something about a reversal dns but how do i fix it?

| Get the DC your servers are in to setup RDNS on your IP address the email server uses.

| sorry, what means DC? I'm pretty new in this stuff... could you care to explain a bit more.
By the way i use WHM/Cpanel on Centos

| Your datacentre, many years back when the planet were rackshack they had a part on their control panel where you could administer reverse dns entries your self. take a look at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverse_DNS_lookup
It will explain to you what it means.

| ok i have checked and i actually have a reverse dns entry for my server... so why i get the error anyway?
is there any other reason for that error?

| You might also try to put A Entry for your hostname in your domain master name server, not sure that this is the solution though

| Smells more like greylisting if there is a 450 4.7.1 code.
