Commit1.com 6 Month Review
Posted by techwebhosting, 11-14-2006, 07:12 PM |
Hey all I have been with commmit1 for about 6 months now and I am very pleased with their service. I have a reseller account through them, and the uptime is pretty good, for everything including mysql and email services. Their costs are competitive and they are very loyal and friendly to their customers. I have only had a few minor problems and they were fixed in minutes which I love. I would describe them as a big town host, with small town priorities. It seems that customer happiness is even more important then the employees getting a paycheck there. There is someone online 24/7 and they are always available to help you and get your problems fixed, granted you have any.
Back when I signed up with them they were only offering reseller and dedicated plans, but now they have spanned out into the shared hosting system, with the same priorities for their clients big and small.
I really think that they are worth checking out, be sure to talk to someone if you have any questions, I am sure that they will be glad to help. I know that I made a good choice, picking them as my web hosting sites host. (www.techwebhosting.com) and I am sure that they can do the same for you.
I haven't run into any other commit1 clients, but if there are any that read this it would be nice if you could add a review as well.
If you have any specific questions about their services that I haven't answered here in this post feel free to PM me and I will help you out.

Thread moved to Reseller Hosting Forum.
Well, asking and responding publically would be even better for the WHT community as a whole.

I'm glad you're happy with your hosting. I hope it'll last forever. Tell me please what kind of payment do they accept?

Right Now, I am just paying with a credit card, they seem to like just that only. I do think that they are going to start accepting paypal as well. I am not completely sure on that though.

I smell lies and self promotion... You say this a sixth month review but the verbage is strongly suggestive of an advertising campaign rather than a review and most importantly you claim this is a sixth month review but just 3 months ago you were asking for opinions when you were considering switching.

It will be 5 months at the end of November. I rounded it up a little just to make the post more appealing. I also assure you that there is no type of advertisement evolved. None of that, you give us a good review, and we will give you more space crap. That wouldn't be politically correct, and personally having the trouble that I have had with web hosts in the past I would not want to direct anyone on to the roads that I have been down. That post was truthfully from me, and no one else. There was also no type of outside influence evolved as well. I am also astonished that such a unactive member would even accuse someone of such a thing. I am not saying that it does not happen, but its not right. That is something that you should PM someone about, not make a post. Although I do understand your logic, but I assure you that this post, is a professional opinion.
Again, I apologize for rounding that up.

Good to hear that you are happy with Commit1

ok so lets stick with the 5 months, it still contradicts your post dated on 8-16 (3 months and 1 day ago) where you stated that "Hey I am getting ready to switch to commit hosting."

Ok, I rounded it up a bit too much. but what matters is that I am happy with their service and that I gave you all an accurate representation of the service that I get there.

As far as I am concerned and most other with a clue, you lied that it was 6 months, got caught and called it 5 months, got caught again and now tell the truth that it is only 3 months.
You obviously have a problem with the truth, and your fraudulant testimonial now reflects badly not only on you but the host you attempted to praise.

Please think twice before putting a testimonial here.

Well then, if it has been three months, sounds at least like the three months have been well spent so far. Do keep us updated?
