Get server ip off gmail blacklist
Posted by mjfroggy, 02-14-2012, 07:47 PM Hello One of my servers had a spammer on it which we found and of course removed from our network however we were apparently blacklisted from Gmail on that server. I have checked the servers IP address on spamhaus.org and see that we are no longer listed on any blacklist but my clients on the server are still unable to email anyone on a gmail account because Gmail is still blacklisting the servers IP even though their is no spam outgoing from the server and I do not see the server listed on any public blacklist So does anyone know how to get off the Gmail blacklist or how long it takes? I have tried looking through the Gmail website and just see a ton of unanswered forum posts with similar hosts having experienced the same issue we have recently and Gmail has no business phone # or contact method I could find?? Any suggestions I am sure many have went through this issue and hoping someone might share their experiences Thanks
