[HELP] My Website is getting Spammed by somone..

Hey there my website is getting spammed by this one guy on Livezilla chat no matter how many times we ban him or block his ip's every second he will come back with an new IP From different country's how do I block this from happening?? Thanks, Benjamin.

Disable livezilla for a day ... maybe he will find another target

Make any type of authentication using captcha before initiating a chat request.
