Copy multiple account not working

| Hi,
I was transferring client just fine about 10 minutes ago and suddently, WHM gives me the error "Connecting to Remote Server Failed: Unable to connect to IPSHPORT : Connection timed out"
It was working fine yesterday and I am still able to log-in VIA a SSH client.
Any suggestions?

| Yep, can log into WHM no problem, everything is working fine except for the transfer connection...

| Your server IP may be blocked by the other server, check your firewall.

| can you ping the old server from the new server? You may have already answered this question but you didn't provide enough detail what you pinged from. But it does sound like a firewall issue.

| Try emailing sales@cpanel.net , they are usually quite responsive even with support requests there GOod luck

| Have you allowed the distant server ip in the hosts.allow file?
If not, try this... also : disable the csf firewall while you perform the transfer.
Each time i am having issues to transfer, doing this make it work :-)
