Are countries from middle east prefer to EU or US

| I have 2 server at US and EU but confuse to decide for countries in middle east and some countries around India where should I put them in US or EU.
I only found India and Israel are faster to go to EU from just-ping.com.
Other than that can't find enough information for it.
Hope anyone can give some information about it.

| If the ping is not mission critical you will be paying a lot more for a server located in this area than a server located in Germany for instance.

That's not what I mean
Indeed server beside US and EU is very expensive.
I want optimize my site based on visitor location.
For visitor around India and middle east where should I redirect them for the best location.
As for generally, I redirect all Asia visitor to US server except India and Israel.
So I need more suggestion for some countries in middle east (Kuwait, Arab, etc) and around India like Pakistan, Bangladesh, etc because as geographically their location are in the middle of EU and US.

| Keeping a balance between cost and latency chose Europe, that is your best option.

| Softlayer have a datacenter in asia... maybe you should contact them to see... they do have datacenters in all theses area... so you should ask them which one is the best!

No, I don't need server in Asia, I only need suggestion where should redirect visitor from west asia
case close, all visitor from west asia go to EU now.
