Proftpd Startup error

| I just installed proftpd on my centos 6 server, when trying to start the service I get the following error
The file to which it refers to i have uploaded to pastie HERE
Any idea what is causing the issue?

| I cannot spot and syntax errors. What happens if you use one of the other options, i.e. status, stop etc.

| One thing: you have installed version 1.1 which is really old (from 2004). The latest version is 1.3.4 (http://www.proftpd.org/)

| I made sure I installed the latest one. I installed 1.3.4
|
