Hosting Sites being Redirected

| I'm running a Web Hosting server with CENTOS 5.8 and cPanel. I have a number of customers who web addresses are being redirected to adf.ly. Are there any suggestions on what to look for and see how my server has possible been hacked? I'll take any help I can get.

| Have you checked logs of your server? It would be better you can check which IP showing for your sites. Let us know here status of your sites

| The weird thing it does not do it for all the sites, just some. I'm going through the logs now. Is there anyone I should look at first? Thanks for the help.

| Have you checked the htaccess files? I recently had several websites with the same issue where they were being redirected to .ru websites
The first 10 or 50 lines in htaccess will be blank, so scroll down and confirm the rewrite rules are not there.

| That was it. I appreciate the help. Now to figure out how the htaccess files were changed.
