Posted by b3b3, 12-30-2006, 10:13 PM |
Hello,
I've created a reseller on my server and it's working very well except he is seeing the of the plans that I created for me using my root account!!!
Please help.

Go to the root WHM and click on reseller center.
Select the account from the drop down and click "Edit Privileges/Nameservers"
scroll down until you see.
Disallow creation of accounts with packages that are not global or not owned by this user
make sure that is checked.

have you added the root_ to the name of your packages(ex root_packageA)? that should make them viewable only to the root user

No I didn't
How can I rename them?

I'm not sure if you can rename them, you may just have to create the new package then move your clients over then delete the old package

Given your 2 recent questions it looks like you have little to no knowledge about cPanel. I would suggest reading the cPanel/WHM manual. Lots of good tricks & tips in there!
Read up, become educated then instead of coming here for every little thing you'll know and you'll know its 100% right. I recall a situation before on here where someone asked the community how to do something and there was a response from someone we'll call bob. bob told the person a little bit of info but it was completely wrong. In the end the person asking the questions lost every thing.
