Don't worry. Maybe they have had some problems. I think that it is probably temporary situation.

Spam filters blocking access to the welcome email possibly? My accounts never take more than 24 hours.

Any reviews on resellerzoom? They appear to be offering some good packages, but any reviews on support and uptime?

resellerzoom good support, good uptime, serious company.

You didn't by any chance order an account with the same domainname as your contact emailaddress you gave them when you signed up? Because in that case your welcome email could be happily waiting for you in your new account with Resellerzoom and not being sent to your current provider.

Speak of the devil - how do you like new resellerzoom's budget plans?

Would be difficult without changing the nameservers over

99.9% of problems is spam filters, as my accounts also never take more than 24 hours to activate the same I can say about Resellerzoom.

Not as difficult as you might think: it happened to me once before. Somehow the emailsystem of my new provider used a local dns-cache or something and the confirmation mail went to the newly created account instead of to my existing account. Strange but true, that's why I thought that might have happened

Yeah, 999 times out of 1000 when a customer of ours doesn't receive their welcome information AND doesn't receive our ticket replies, they're having some local computer e-mail issues.

Til kind of answered it. With cPanel/WHM and Exim, the server will always check localhost before being sent out. However, Resellerzoom isn't a one-server company, and so their main server would have no trouble sending out the email to the server the domain is currently hosted on.

Yeah! That was kind of the point I was trying to reflect. Thanks for rewording that for me a little better
