| I order a shared and a reseller hosting two weeks ago.
So I don't have enough experience to tell you about ScarabWeb.
But until now everything like uptime and support is great.

| Have you already reviewed customer reviews at HostSearch.com and their uptime statistics at WebHostingStuff.com ?

| Checking a host's uptime via Webhostingstuff.com is a crapshoot. Unless they monitor some or all of a host's servers, whatever uptime that site gives you is nearly irrelevant.
Not to mention, hosts can easily manipulate that uptime, by resetting it to zero.
