Zone.net - very much dissatisfied

Looking for a shared Windows host with MS-SQL support, Ive came across Zone.net. costs looked good and some folks in this forum described their experience with them as positive.
So, on January 31st I paid for a 6-month Windows Reseller hosting package via PayPal since their site wouldnt accept my credit card. An automated email came from telling my account would be set up within 24 to 48 hours. Since then over a week passed and no account whatsoever. Ive sent them multiple messages asking what was going on and received an answer from support staff saying they're "trying to track down the source of the problem. Let me first work on getting your account created as soon as possible, and then we can work out some sort of compensation for this holdup". Since then weve exchanges several more emails, but no account has been set up yet.
Fed up with their slowliness and unresponsiveness, Ive asked for a full refund. Now waiting with my fingers crossed...
I strongly advise to avoid zone.net at all prices! They're very slow to reply, and I never was able to talk to them on live chat simply because nobody was there.

What domain name did you have hosted with that company?

The primary domain is kalida.info. And I plan to add more domains in the future... If zone.net sets up my account of course...
