Been trying to get to https://control.solarvps.com/cp but it seems to be down, main website is up though

We have very restrictive firewall rules on our network. Unfortunately the rule that allowed outbound access to update the Virtuozzo license was mistakenly removed and caused the license to expire. This has been resolved now and the interface should be back online.

Thanks for that, I'm now able to get to the CP but my main reason was to raise a support ticket, but it seems that section is unavailable

Support tickets have always been available via https://support.solarvps.com/

Thanks for the link, I've now submitted a ticket, but was always used to reaching the support system from the 'Request Support' link available in the CP
