Server Hang

My hardware just hang on me.. after running an uptime of just few weeks.
Attached are the screen-shot from what I saw via KVM
Any opinion what had just happened? Was it RAM issue or something?

The screenshot doesn't really give much information. What OS are you running? Have you tried to run in recovery mode so you can read your logs?

That error shows its a disk, controller or RAID related issue.
Bring the system up and check the health of your drives and the raid set.

That would make sense why the system is not booting at all into the OS.
Are you using hardware or software RAID?
As Chris said, when you boot your server, the POST messages should show a RAID configuration option (if you have hardware raid). You can use this to check the consistency of your array.

Thanks for your feedback.
I am not using any Raid or configured any, but I will look into that when reinstalling the system today..

I would check over your disks even more I would go the extra mile and do a full health check of the hardware if possible

For those error, please try some step, maybe can solve your server:
1. Open the server case
2. Clean the server casing inside, you can air compressor that special to clean electrical component
3. After clean, please try switch on.
If those error still appear, try another tips:
1. Take the RAM, and clean the pin using pencil rubbber
2. After that, put again the RAM, and switch on
If still occur the error, please try check it all your software condition, is any corrupt file or not.
