I am happy with my current providers .. no issues till now .. and i hope there will no issue in future
But my one requirement which is some thing unusual .. as some of my clients require the following solution as there business is based on emails
"I have created 10 email accounts in a domain (Employees emails) and i want all the correspondence by employees (outgoing email and incoming email) to be copied to owner email account which will be 11th one"
can any one tell me a good company .. which provide above mentioned solution ..
my budget is very low as i will be hosting one or two clients on this package only .. but i need reliablity like RZ, hostgator and other good provider provide/
why i need a reseller package as i have to host one or two domains online .. just becz i don't want to show my client from where i am getting my services as usual

Not sure on the logistics involved, but can't you forward to two email addresses instead?
Or even create a simple php script that will parse the email and forward to the 11th mailbox?

Shouldn't be a problem running a php script on a shared environment, just make sure all emails are piped to it.
As for outgoing.. I don't know about any solutions that can do that..

I don't think the outgoing e-mails forwarding will be possible, unless the 10 e-mails are actually sending via a webmail client (i.e a php script). If the employees are using their desktop clients you won't be able to achieve it.
As for the receiving - that is easy. You just need to setup several forwarders. Almost all control panels have such a feature. For sure I know that CPanel does, and it actually works.
