| I have a client who needs a reseller account with rsync capability.
Anyone know of any reseller provider that provide such reseller account.

| Looks like no reseller provider does this.
What about shared hosting provider?

| There's probably quite a few providers that do it. You'd just need to find one that provides shell access then ask if you have access to rsync, they'll probably give you the path to the shared rsync instance.

| any host that offers ssh should offer this with their plan, best idea is to rsync over ssh.

| Yup, there are quite a few resellers who do this. If you have jailed ssh enabled, it can be accomplished.

| Yes, a standard CPanel / WHM account with SSH enabled (including jailshell) will allow you to use rsync. Most likely any other linux-based panel with SSH likewise.
The only thing to watch out for is that some reseller hosts allow SSH only for the reseller, not the reseller's clients. You will need SSH access to the client accounts.

| You may have to open a ticket with your sales / support dept., but this can be done with many hosts. Just ask if you are unsure. Good luck!
