No SOA record on the server
Posted by kshazad86, 05-11-2012, 03:29 AM I'm running a cPanel server and eveytime I try to change the Nameservers of my .fr domain name, I keep getting the error Any ideas on how to fix this?

Posted by kshazad86, 05-11-2012, 11:57 AM Yes, domain is already created, problem is that if I use the dig command on one of the nameservers, it works fine and returns an SOA record, but on the second nameserver it does not return any SOA record for the domain name.
Posted by Collabora, 05-11-2012, 12:10 PM At this point I would contact the provider that is hosting your nameservers or even your registrar for advice. It may be something as simple as an old record or a bad TXT record. If you want to post the name in question maybe I or someone else here can provide more insight.
