Write-Back cache or Write-Through cache in HW-RAID-1 arrays?

I'm recently rading much about Write-Back and Write-Through cache. Right now I have set Write-Back cache on my LSI 9260-4i controller (I use BBU). Server is not under heavy load - right now it is below ~1.00 all the time (during backups it is below ~2.00 - with 8 core CPU). I would like to know your opinions about write cache policy for RAID-1 setups . Which is better in your opinion, which one are you using? LSI Megaraid cards have also Cache policy settings: Cached I/O Direct I/O Some clarification about this is on http://hwraid.le-vert.net/wiki/LSIMegaRAIDSAS - And again - I simply don't know which is better - default Direct I/O or Cached? Thanks
