need reliable host for reseller acount

| We would like information about reliable reseller hosts that have helpful support, all contact information (phone, email, tickets), good uptime record.
Current host has slow support response, we have several domains hosted with them and about half of them are having email problems that are not being resolved.
Which hosts can you all recommend for honest reliable service??
And which ones to stay away from!!

| first off all beside the company .. what is your budget .. you want linux/windows plateform .. how much space and bandwidth you require .. any prefered control panel ..

| we would like to have:
5 GB space
50 GB bandwidth
Linux
WHM/Cpanel X (not cpanel XP!)
$20 a month or less budget

| Not all good hosts offer phone support so you'll have to decide from there. Check out the reviews at whreviews.com they have a solid list there. Not all these have accounts under $20 but IMHO I like sonet7, Dotable, Blue Who, Host Gator, Knownhost, Innohosting, Vortech, Hostnine, ResellerZoom, Budget Reseller and Dathorn. I've had accounts with many of them and all seem to have a good rep here and elsewhere.
But do you own research then get in touch with the ones you're interested in test out their support and response time. Search for reviews of the ones on your final list.

| I recommend Hostdime(our hosting provider). Their support is fast and they resolve the problems quickly. The uptime is not under 99.5% The costs inexpensive.

| Stay away from hosts that give you ridiculous offers, what you pay for is usually what you get. Avoid 6 month to 1 year contracts and upfront payment, let your host work for you and make your stay an enjoyable one. Based on all your requirements above in a host you could check out findmyhost.com and they have approved hosts that have passed tests.
