Fsckvps down?

I've been unable to access my VPS with fsckvps for the last several hours. Can't get in via any means, by domain name or IP.
Submitted a "Critical" ticket several hours ago and have yet to hear anything back. Customers are pissed, and so am I. I would expect an answer to a critical ticket within an hour at most.
I'm in the Dallas datacenter.

Do you have a phone number for them? Can you not try giving them a call?

Their website is loading. But, I unable to ping any of the three servers they have listed under Network Info.

Same here, nodes listed here http://www.fsckvps.com/network are not responding. Crazy to have them all down at the same time being geographically dispersed. Something odd is going on.

How irritating. No phone number that I can find. Live chat on a2b2 is offline. And no response to my critical ticket.

Strange, I can't get any WHOIS information on them.
Their IP Addresses lead to WireSix info.

I have a VPS with them at WireSix, it's up and have not received any downtime notice from monitoring services monitoring it.

Correct, FSCKvps is a customer on our network, if you further utilize the rwhois service you'll see the resulting records belonging to them.
