Dallas, TX, July 16, 2007 -- Netstar Holdings has acquired one hundred percent of the Member Interests of ServerSupportGuys.com and ByteShack.com, subsidiaries of ByteFortress Technologies, LLC. (bftglobal.com), a leading provider of Managed Disaster Recovery Solutions. The transaction was finalized on Friday, July 13th. Current customers of ServerSupportGuys.com and ByteShack.com will retain the same level of service, as well as their current pricing and service structures. All new sales have been temporarily suspended pending a complete audit and internal restructuring.
