Your budget is "ok" for your requirements. However no MySQL user limit may be a problem as any decent host will have some caps on resource usages. You may want to check out the offers forum to create a list of providers. Do a search for reviews on each of those on your list and slowly narrow it down to two providers. Then see which one matches your needs the most and go with that. Remember to send int lots and lots of presales questions! Good luck

I think that he means unlimited databases and Mysql users. Look in the reseller offers forum. You can find some good deals there, although you might have the bump up your budget a bit.

Your requirements are quite normal. But before you sign up with a host make sure they don't have a limit on Mysql connections. Almost all hosts will have something like that to prevent abuse on their server resources. Shall I ask you how many mysql connections do you expect at a peak time?

I heard some share hosting like lypha and etc have limit the Max MySQL User Connections , and I hope no have such limit in the server. Anyone can intro me some popular reseller hosting or which reseller hosting are you using currently?

Almost every well known hosting providers will set mysql connection limit for shared hosting. Usually it's 25-30 max connection which is enough for 100+ online users. If your site is busy and have more visitors than that, you should consider upgrading to VPS or budget dedicated server.

This kind of policy can only lead to issues in the long run, be they permanent or transitory. Limitations implemented by hosts are there to ensure a healthy hosting environment, not as a method to annoy customers.

Seems that explained pretty much. Almost all reliable hosts will have limitations on mysql connections and as said by ldcdc it is to prevent one user from abusing the server resources in a shared environment. Normally the number of allowed connections will be in the range of 25, and if you need more, you will have to pay more. After all you will get for what you pay. Keep in mind, if you find a host that has no limits with a lesser budget, there will be other accounts too with many sql connections and can slow down your server to a great extend.

Their are many companies coming up these days with unlimited mysql unlimited space and bandwidth. As fast these companies are comping, faster then that like companies are winding up leaving customers in air. If you are really very serious to have hosting as your business or have your website for which you are really very serious just dont get carried away by these offers. Or one day you will be in air with all your data lost and no one to reply you.

Getting the 200GB bandwith for $20 might be a bit tight but you should be ok if thats flexible and/or you can go up a bit in budget.
