| Anyone knows any website to check IP address blacklist in bulk?
Anyone knows website that monitor IP in bulk which is cheap?
Any company offer IP blacklist remove service?

| Most blacklists want to know the person requesting to be removed from the list have control over the IP. if they can not be sure the abuse will not recur, then they will not remove your IP.
All blacklists have a way for you to request removal.

| Start here to ask for IP blacklist removal, but as nexxterra said, make sure you control de IP and I would add, make sure you can inforce the non-recurrence of the actions that got you blacklisted in the first place.
This is a good site to check major IP Blacklisting sites.

I don't think if there's a company who offers 'IP blacklist remove service'. First thing, they won't have a knowledge of what happened - only you who owns the server. Basically you need to know the issue first, fix it and then request for delisting.
