My VPS & solusvm (vps.directspace.net) can't be reached. ALready 1 hour and they don't reply my ticket

We had a few VPS nodes experience troubles on one of our racks. I apologize for any inconvenience caused; we've been updating all clients via ticket and email Let us know if you have any other questions!

I've been trying to reach directspace sales for the past week (called them three times during business hours and got the voicemail) and it looks like the chat is always offline. Needless to say, I'm concerned about how reachable these guys are because if it's this hard to buy from them, I don't know how easy it's going to be to get stuff fixed. langitbiru, do you mind telling me a little more about your experience? I'm going to need 99.9%+ up time so I need to know what their slas for clouds are. It sounds like they have no such guarantee for VPS from the sounds of it.

Btw, Their technical support quite reachable for me. We just need to login to their client area to submit a ticket. Well, i use the VPS for a few small blogs, backup file server for my community, and hosting trac + nginx for my small team. So i don't really monitor the VPS uptime. Now is my 6th month with them.So far, i'm happy with their VPS, the uptime is quite good and they seems like a big company, not one-two man company like most other budget VPS provider.

I didn't actually leave any messages because I wanted to talk to someone during those times. I usually have a pretty hectic schedule so it's not convenient for me to get a call back. I was just surprised that this happened three times in one week because I would expect the sales lines to be manned at least during business hours. Is there a number I can call when I can definitely reach someone to talk to? Thanks. -bef

Still waiting for that number... but honestly, at this point, I'm pretty close to going with 100tb because I think there are some red flags with this company.

Not sure why you would say that - we're a legit company with our own private data facility located in downtown Portland, OR. Feel free to call our toll free number (or direct local number) located on our website, remember we're only open for business hours when it comes to Live Chat and Phone Sales - however we always have someone in our facility taking care of technical tickets and emails. Also remember this isn't the WHT advertising section, so you really need to actually get in contact with us if you require further information Thanks for your time!

I don't understand. I complained that it was hard to get hold of sales during business hours so you said you would PM me your direct number (which you never did). That was a few days ago and now you're telling me to just call the toll free number again when that's exactly what I did before my original post. Maybe red flag is a little unfair, but I cannot call my experience with your company so far "most satisfying" either. And BTW, I never claimed you're not a legit company because I have never been able to talk to anyone from your company. Anyway, thanks.
