Fastnext.com take my money & not setup my account ?
Posted by sakibin, 11-17-2007, 08:59 AM |
They took my money & 48 hours gone, I haven't received anything from them.
There was a girl call me via mobile phone but I couldn't hear her voice because of bad signal.
What I have to do because I'm really hurry in my business.
Do you have an experience with this company ?
Thank you.

Sounds to me your account is marked as possible fraud and they probably did try to call you for verification purposes. I would email them on the email address given, if you didn't do that yet.
Hope you will get in contact with them soon, and get this figured out.

Yeah, You will have to contact them regarding this. If they have a phone number on their website you can try calling them.
Some hosts wouldn't have billing/sales departments on the weekends, if that is the case I fear that it will be again delayed.

Setup process may be delayed during the weekend.
From information on their website, they look like a reseller to me.

Sakibin, I hope that our staff contacted you to verify your order one more time. Did they setup your account?
Well, could you please tell us the reasons of such a conclusion? Maybe having own servers and partnering with top hosting software companies is a new definition of reseller hosting?

This could be a eMail problem,...Did you check your Junk mail folder of the email you signed up with them ? And if itz there, make sure to unblock their email so u will get your emails in timely manner

sakibin, our staff wasn't able to reach you neither by phone to receive your confirmation nor via e-mail for a couple of days. When our account activation department reached you, they were unfortunately unable to get answers to some of their questions from you. For this reason your order was defined as a fraudulent one.
But FastNext didn't "take your money". After you place an order, our billing system blocks correspondent amount at your account. When the order status changes to "Fraud", the system unblocks the reserved sum of money. This process may take some time (2-7 days). So don't worry, you'll get your money back.
Sorry for misunderstanding.
