BACKSCATTERER 127.0.0.2 - cPanel/WHM Server

Hi I have a cPanel WHM server which has listed in a spam list as BACKSCATTERER and Spamhaus-ZEN (reason codes 127.0.0.2). The settings on the server were default, perhaps I have done something wrong would appreciate advice on how to rectify. Many thanks in advance
