10 GB of Space and 100 GB of Bandwidth for $100 a year is already hard to find on a reliable hosting company, but, guarantee for 20 years of hosting is impossible.

I'm not sure it's allowed to post urls here.
Are you talking about lifetime hosting or just some sort of guarantee? I don't think anybody in the world could guarantee you such stability, and you may not know it yourself whether you will need hosting for 20 years or not.

Hosting is a very dynamic industry. Things change very fast. So, 20 years timeframe is really too long a period for any predictions for industry.

Any business is a venture, which by definition implies a risk. Your provider is very much at the whims of time as anyone else. If business would be guaranteed survival, everybody would start a new one every day. It would be like a bet you can't lose.

It's imposible what anyone give a guarantee to you to continue the business. You can find a lot of reliable hosting companies on the Web. But you must increase your budget to $240/year at least for this.

That's true. We couldn't even give out that kind of bandwidth for that price. The OP's budget is too low and the 20 year guarantee is kind of silly.
As many people have stated, there's no way anyone could (credibly) give you a 20 year guarantee of hosting. I also don't see why there is any real reason why the OP would need one anyhow. In 20 years so much will change that there's you wouldn't want to be tied into a host anyhow. What if you want to do something with all this new technology and they won't do it? What if their costs go up? What if...what if.
I sure wouldn't want to be tied to any of my suppliers for 20 years.

me need guarantee for minimum 4 year also i am ready to give 200$/year also provider must agree to upgrade my account by space an bandwidth when i needed

Nobody can guarantee you that they will be around for 4 years or any length of time for that matter. The only thing you can do is look at the company history and see how long they have been around, what their current status is, the type of reviews they are getting and mix that with your gut feeling.
Their are so many factors to consider.
Your budget of $200 per year for 10gb/100gb is not reasonable. That works out to just over $16 per month.
You're asking for a reliable provider, but not willing to pay the price of what a reliable provider would require. You need to be realistic and use some logic.
If you want a reliable provider, increase your budget to *at least* $250 to $400 per year.
Furthermore, when you say your provider will agree to upgrade your account upon request, I'm assuming you mean so long as you pay extra for the upgrade.. right?

hi
i recommend looking for a company, that is stable, has some reviews and someone you see yourself having a future with, no one can say they will be around in 20 years. End of the day you may end up not needing hosting in 1,2,3 or even 5 years. So think of NOW and let the future work itself out.
At the end of the day, you could get hit by a bus tomorrow ... - bit of a tragic line, but am sure you understand what i mean
