Formmail enabled bad or not

Hi, I would like to know that if a host have form-mail that is part of the server that uses whm/cpanel enabled if that is bad practice and is opening a door to allow spammer to use a form-email on you site ?

The formmail clone in cpanel/whm can be used (this is not the same as the known problematic version!). I would not advise this script to be used, but sometimes you have customers who really need it, i do not believe its bad if they need it to offer it. I have not yet seen spam send through it either.
