They don't allow to host personal forum sites Also if some sites that you hosted on their reseller packages use many system resource when they terminate your reseller account without a notice. So they don't a reliable company according to me.

Very strange in fact and how could they even know it's a personal site to begin with. Seems like a weird policy on the system resource though. Most usually just suspend the offending site and send out a notice to the reseller. Seeing a lot of strange policies by hosts offering reseller accounts these days. Especially on the forum lately, but as said in the other they can run their companies as they choose no matter how weird their policies may be.

Any person may become reseller of us We contact reseller by phone before suspension when they reach particular account limits (CPU, memory etc). There are many options: move website to semi-dedicated or dedicated without extra charges, fix/tweak php scripts (most cases) and stay on our reseller network or move website somewhere else. About "personal forums".. I personally installed many forums, blogs, wordpresses for our resellers. We don't charge anything extra (reseller accounts only).

You or your staff said to me what you don't allow to host personal forum sites on your live chat(I think he said this for our customers' sites). And he said what you may terminate reseller accounts witout a notice if it's a few resold accounts use many system resource. Also he said what if you don't accept these when look for another company.

Posted by ldcdc, 11-04-2007, 09:18 AM Seems a bit strange. In time, you can have several sites taxing the server a bit much. Seems unproductive to suspend the whole reseller account, unless this happens daily or.. often anyway.

They give no warning first you know is when a customer of yours informs you. Keep away at all cost, Still waiting for my 90 day money back westnic and an apology, for calling me dishonest. I think anyone would be angry given 44 websites disappeared all their hard work. $47 is nothing to me or is $10,000s it will now cost taking you to court. you're site is only as good as your host folks, they shaft you for the sake of $10 you your buisness will suffer. Cut off with out warning as i alerted my paypal then on 12th April sent no invoice now want a $10 late fee cut it off with out warning a few days later. Are calling me dihonest, they slam the phone down they don't understand that cutting off 44 sites that have traffic is wrong with out telling you. We are talking $47 i just earned that while writing this. Everyone that has a problem with all westnic say they just cut them off with out warning, billing, server problems. Show nothing but contempt for their customers. I think it's a one man band he sounds russian to me in New york, he is so rude, the first cut off he telephoned back restored it after 2 days, now this. KEEP WELL AWAY WITH ANY LUCK I WILL STOP HIS BUSINESS FOR GOOD, VERY SOON CUT HIM OFF.

He doesn't want to pay for hosting services ON TIME and if you suspend his websites per your Terms (for nonpayment), he will start abusing support channels, calling multiple times over the phone, sending emails to all personnel, bashing company on the internet. FACT 1) 30th March 2008 my websites were removed without warning my account was fully payed according to my paypal invoice. 2) due to the fact i own 197 domains i don't have time to check them all daily. 1st April before i knew via email. 3) I telephoned westnic got a load of abuse, and after threating legal action. A return call saying he was wronge they to treat me this way were restored. 4) The next thing i know they have done it again, No invoice sent until the sites were again without notice taken down. 5 ) Fact i telephoned them and the phone was slammed down 3 times. Of course 44 websites are a lot to lose. but luck for me have many more with big traffic. 6) Since then as noted by many others written in many place prior to my unpleasant experiences. I have been told the only way i will get back my Data is to Pay them ? Would You ? after this treatment, had they given notice i would have payed as my other 4 hosting accounts on demand. 7)Since i have recieved nothing but emails that make no sense what so ever, they have refused to honour their money back Gurantee. Say it's because i did not pay. They do not wish me as a customer hence below makes no sense. Delte my data it will cost you $20,000 for the rebuilding and more. 8) The man Mike claims he is not the owner but registered owner of this domain ? 9) My cousin a top N.Y Lawyer looked into them Yesterday can find no records for this so called Company. 10) Today i said let my new hosting company, transfer my files i will let this go as every hour that passes i am losing money. 11) They still think they can play god, do they expect me to roll over say thank you for suspending my account without warning or notice ? 12) Do i have a right as a customer to be angry, never abusive, not my style conflict, the guy that answers the telephone sounds russian, certainly believes he can treat customers as he wishs hence this comment after building a big company in ex USSR in 90s, I know their business approach. 13) I have given them a few accounts since joining it's sad they have good servers. As for freedom of speech, you are somewhat correct. This community is not run by any government agency. You are free to speak here only if you're considerate of the rules. The first five words of the First Amendment are "Congress shall make no law." We're not congress - so there you have it. @WestNIC: do you really think it's wise to publish the personal contact information of a customer (email address in post #15), particularly when both sides agree this matter is still being disputed? @stephenshrly: have you actually consulted with your lawyer/cousin about this matter? I would assume the answer is "no" because I'm quite confident he would advise you to quit posting immediately before you post something that blows your case. Once you decide to take a matter to court, most lawyers will tell you to shut your mouth and let them do the talking for you. I suggest you seek his council before making any further posts. He will probably advise you to quit posting about this matter all together. It's your decision, but I don't think you're helping your case here.

At least westnic have shown the regard they have for their customers personal information, by making it public. In fight they started. We can't find them they have changed info on site now. Office is now mailing adress it is a post office. we suspect they are actually in russia, it's easy to obtain telephone numbers or make out your a big company. Put up a $10.000 reward to track the owner down on many sites. I can't find someone hiding behind false information to sue them ? Cheers The PM Good luck. Not only did they publish my personal information here, they insult people, everyone is to blame except them. They do not care about any customer just try to rip every one off. These sites are not as important others hosted with good companies, but there is still the time it took to build them, you can not sue a company you can not find. They have up dated their site with more rubbish, trying to look big. The owner denies he is the owner. Only 1 person answer a skype telephone numbers, We could all claim to offices in many countries, try finding them all support tickets are sent by same person, never signed as other companies or at all. The only thing left to do know is ensure they lose all their customers go bust, to stop them black mailing cheating others. All their servers are run by softlayer in texas. Merely these are resellers of theirs. They clearly stated they do not wish me as a customer, slander me, called me crazy here. So no need to keep my data, they fail to see this or cost of the time it took to build. But trust this they will pay big time, one way or another. All for $10 is all they tried to make extra. I have to mention that we didn't permit him to publish our private correspondence and entire support tickets regarding billing issue on public forums, review sites etc. All posts being duplicated on other websites. Anyway, customer prefers "bullet in the head" (post http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showpo...3&postcount=26 ). He doesn't want to cooperate and of course sites will be terminated tomorrow for non-payment and per our ToS. Legal action has been considered already. He is personally insulting our staff members, calling us "russian mafia", "fools", "idiots", "terrorists" on the internet and over the phone (all conversations had been recorded); claiming that our company doesn't exist; sending offensive images via email (we already notified his local ISP); threatening with legal action.

Stephen prefers to have his customers down over a $10 principle and resorts to name calling. Do your customers know that their domain is down due to $10 and that you were not backing up their data offsite? Westnic prefers to have their name dragged through the mud to extract $10. Has it really been worth all the time you have taken with this in terms of staff time and responding to forum posts over the principle of the customer was rude in your opinion so hold the data? Since you both can't move because you are stubborn, why not just take this and try to find a court willing to hear this case over a total of $10 plus a non payment of what $30? Does this really make any sense to either of you?

Companies run by one person with offices world wide, we can all do that, while hiding in some remote part of the world. It's not honest before you start to make these claims. I have two questions for you and for all who interested: - What would you do if customer doesn't want to pay or even dispute his/her bills? - What are you going to do if customer discriminate you personally by calling "mobster", "terrorist", bashing company with good reputation with absolute nonsense, using profane language and so on? It's not about 10 dollars (late payment fee). It's not about customer attitude either. We told him previously: pay your bills, get all data and then get FULL REFUND. He rejected our offer. He went online instead and start bashing our company. Please seach internet and see what he posted about us. You will be totally shocked.
