Hi
I got a vps and I just want to approach a site that has great views
Can anyone tell how to put the settings WHM and Cpanel?(for example apache)
My vps profile:
ram = 2
CPU = 3

Your post doesn't make much sense....
If you are asking how do configure your VPS, you probably shouldn't be using a VPS! You're probably going to end up as one of the horrible statistics for users who take a VPS, and either don't secure it properly or hire someone to look after it for you, and then get hacked / become a spam relay / some other horrible scenario so that your web host shuts you down.
You'd probably be much better off with a shared/reseller hosting account.

You no need to put those settings to apache.
Apache will use server resources you have. Example, if you have 2 GB RAM and 3 CPU cores in your VPS, it will use those resources automatically and you no need to update those in WHM.

settings for little busy sites like sports hosting, Try these

MaxSpareServers 150
MaxClients 1000
MaxRequestsPerChild 150
