Your post doesn't make much sense.... If you are asking how do configure your VPS, you probably shouldn't be using a VPS! You're probably going to end up as one of the horrible statistics for users who take a VPS, and either don't secure it properly or hire someone to look after it for you, and then get hacked / become a spam relay / some other horrible scenario so that your web host shuts you down. You'd probably be much better off with a shared/reseller hosting account.

You no need to put those settings to apache. Apache will use server resources you have. Example, if you have 2 GB RAM and 3 CPU cores in your VPS, it will use those resources automatically and you no need to update those in WHM.

We are using some 2GB VPS these apache settings for little busy sites like sports hosting, Try these ServerLimit 1000 Timeout 50 KeepAlive On MaxKeepAliveRequests 1000 KeepAliveTimeout 3 StartServers 150 MinSpareServers 150 MaxSpareServers 150 MaxClients 1000 MaxRequestsPerChild 150 Home » Service Configuration » Apache Configuration » Include Editor
