Posible for WHM reseller to use a "pool" of shared IPs?

Hello, Normally, when you create a WHM reseller you can specify the "shared IP", which all the accounts created by that reseller will use. (So every account created by thatreseller will use the same single shared IP.) Is it possible to specify a "pool" of IPs, instead? So for example, I would like to set up the server so that each account created by any WHM reseller will use a random shared IP selected from a pool of IPs. The end result will be a full server with x number of shared IPs that is randomly distributed by all the accounts on the server. Is this possible? Thanks.
