Hello
It`s one of my servers which works properly ,
Server load 2.23 (8 CPUs)
Memory Used 31.12% (5,079,604 of 16,321,584)
Swap Used 15.63% (1,307,944 of 8,368,120)
And it`s the another server ,
Server load 0.63 (4 CPUs)
Memory Used 73.47% (2,811,440 of 3,826,580)
Swap Used 0% (156 of 8,191,992)
please Check the first SWAP which works properly , but we are having an issue on the 2nd server , Swap is always %0 even when we are having memory/CPU issue ,

Not having swap is a good thing.
Anyway, if you wanna control swap settings, edit under /etc/sysctl.conf

That is fine.. it depends on the swappiness settings in /proc/sys/vm/swappiness file. Lower the swappiness value means more usage of free RAM before the swap is actually used.

Swap memory will only be utilized when you run out of the physical memory. When you start to use swap memory, you should consider adding more physical memory to your server. By using swap memory, you are using the disk I/O, which I'm pretty sure you noticed a major lack in performance when swap memory was in use.
