hello is it possible to prevent others from access to cach and temp folder on joomla by adding htacess on cach and temp folder by allow only servers ip to access folders ?

I recommend checking http://docs.joomla.org/Security for securing Joomla. Make sure you use 755 permission, not 777, on cache and temp folders.
