WHM reseller account: generate the full backup

| Hi,
I have WHM reseller account w/ pc-core.net which is down for over 24 hours now.
I want to make a backup for our account in audi server, can you advise how to generate the full backup for our reseller account. I will move it to new hosting provider.

| Is the whole server down, or just Apache (the web server). If the entire server is down, you cannot generate a backup.
Can you access cPanel/WHM?

| I have 2 accounts w/ pc-core.net
The main server of pc-core.net is down
The other server (audi server) is still up.
I want to generate full backup to our main reseller account and move all our domains to the new server. I have access in CPANEL/WHM as of today.

| You'll need to login and take individual backups (Full Backups) of the cPanel accounts (unless something has changed in this department with new releases). Send them to be FTP'd to the new server.
The new host can easily restore them for you.

Not only that happened the same with those in core.net pc. The problem is that I have no means of contact with them and were forced to call the provider to provide services for them.

Your server is currently suspended because of TOS, there are a few Abuse Alerts, which were not responded to.

I do not know what they did or not, but one thing is clearly not given by the people who work for their servrele (or main administrator).
Now stua blown in the hope that it will repornii servers and I will move the toys away.

| I believe PC-CORE is also a reseller for Backup services.
Therefore perhaps they must have a backup available.
Why you donât ask Cody Salter to provide you a backup off you website(s)?

Took about BrustNET and said he can not provide backup information or even a telephone number to call him. I do not know what to think, will ever recover the backup or not?

| Theres no way I can contact pc-core.net
Cody sold pc-core already, theres a thread in other forums that discuss the pc-core downtime and the data center advise me that the server was suspended and they are still waiting for pc-core to contact them.
